At Erisca, we carefully select each piece of lingerie in our collection to meet our standards of style and quality. However, due to the nature of textile production and intimate apparel, certain conditions are inherent to our products. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree to the following limitations of liability:

1. Fabric & Color Variations

1.1. Due to differences in textile batches and digital screen displays, slight variations in fabric color, texture, or pattern may occur. These do not constitute defects.

2. Sizing Differences

2.1. Our products follow international size charts provided by manufacturers. Minor variations in fit may occur depending on body type, fabric elasticity, or design. Customers are encouraged to review our sizing guide before purchase.

3. Hygiene & Returns

3.1. For hygiene and safety reasons, lingerie items (including panties, bodysuits, and similar intimate apparel) are non-returnable and non-refundable once worn or tried on.
3.2. Returns are only accepted for items that are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, subject to our return policy.

4. Care & Maintenance

4.1. Lingerie must be washed and handled with care. We are not liable for:

  • Damage caused by machine washing, tumble drying, or exposure to harsh detergents.

  • Stretching, tearing, or pilling due to improper care or excessive force.

  • Color fading due to sun exposure, perfumes, or lotions.

4.2. Please follow the care instructions on the product label to maintain longevity.

5. Allergic Reactions & Skin Sensitivities

5.1. Our lingerie is made from a variety of fabrics such as lace, polyester, nylon, elastane, and cotton blends. While we strive to provide high-quality materials, we cannot guarantee that allergic reactions will not occur. Customers with sensitivities are advised to review material compositions before purchase.

6. Limitation of Warranty & Remedies

6.1. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects reported within 14 days of receipt, excluding normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or improper use.
6.2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Erisca disclaims all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
